Raheem Sterling (born 8th December 1994) is an English footballer who plays for Liverpool. He plays as a midfielder. Despite being Jamaica-born Sterling plays for the English youth teams due to his heritage.

On 27 February 2010, Raheem joined Liverpool Football Club for an undisclosed fee from QPR. The attacking midfielder will join the club's Academy set-up in Kirkby, and will in all probabilty end up playing for Kirkby along with numerous other lower league and non league clubs.

The 15-year-old made his debut for the England U16 national team in November as a second-half substitute against Northern Ireland, and has gone on to make two further appearances.
