Williamine is a fruit eau-de-vie, in other words a cognac, produced with Williams pears, in Martigny, Canton of Valais, Switzerland

Although it has become a common name frequently used in referring to William pear eau de vie, Williamine is a world-wide registered trademark that belongs to the "Distillerie Louis Morand & Cie SA"
