Well i am applying now, ive learnt how to cite sources and will you answer my question and tell me how i am vandalasing i cited sources? Surely Cardiff Univeristy is reliable.

Go to your original talk page and apply via the last block and see if they will let you back in. Until then any edit you make can be reversed regardless as you are a banned user. You might want to talk to the admin who was prepared to mentor you. I think that is your only way back in.
