Piotr of Chotków was a medieval Polish educator and clergyman who was Bishop of Płock.

Multiple locations are provided for his birth. Antoni Julian Nowowiejski indicates Mąkolin, and Samuel Orgelbrand indicates Chotków. Piotr was born into the peasantry, but both Nowowiejski and Orgelbrand ackowledge that the heraldists associate him with the Kościesza coat of arms.
