DUH

In mid‑2024, the DUH launched legal action against the German federal government for failing to act sufficiently under the Climate Protection Law [Klimaschutzgesetz] .[1]There are 11 accompanying complainants and the youngest was 14 years old at the time of filing.[2][3]
