:Trump has taken the lead in Imperial County, CA. As of Dec. 1, 2024, the article reflected that Harris had carried the county: <https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Imperial_County,_California&diff=prev&oldid=1260659887> This means that the revision showing Harris carrying the county was incorrect. If no-one had bothered to update it, it could have stood as incorrect indefinitely; and how would anyone know to update it? (The figures could still be incorrect, as California's results have not been certified. Currently, Trump is shown as having 26,127 votes in the county.) County verification, 2024

[edit]

Verifying correctness of the county result information in 2024 Toadmore (talk) 23:08, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Alabama is now described as official by Leip's atlas. Numerical information for Autauga through Cochise Counties agrees with Leip's atlas. Toadmore (talk) 23:08, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Arizona is now described as official by Leip's atlas. Numerical information for Apache, Cochise, and Maricopa Counties agrees with Leip's atlas. Toadmore (talk) 23:09, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Arkansas now official per Leip's atlas. Numerical info for Arkansas thru Chicot Counties agrees with Leip's atlas. Toadmore (talk) 23:13, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Texas now official per Leip's atlas. Info matches Leip's atlas for Bexar, Fort Bend, Harris, Hidalgo, Jefferson, Presidio, Starr, Tarrant, and Travis Counties.
However, on Nov. 16, the info was incorrect for: Bexar, Fort Bend, Harris, Hidalgo, Jefferson, Presidio, Starr, Tarrant, and Travis Counties. This means the county tables had been updated with presumably final figures, and someone had to follow up and correct these figures afterward. It would have been impossible to know these figures would have needed updating. Toadmore (talk) 23:23, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Florida now official. The results for the following counties are correct now; however, the results were incorrect as of Nov. 16, meaning, as with Texas, someone had to go back through seemingly finalised results and know to update them: Broward, Lee, Monroe, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, and Pinellas. (List not necessarily exhaustive.) (In the case of Florida, this is despite that these counties were described as '100% in' as of Nov. 16.) Toadmore (talk) 23:35, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Trump has taken the lead in Imperial County, CA. As of Dec. 1, 2024, the article reflected that Harris had carried the county: <https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Imperial_County,_California&diff=prev&oldid=1260659887> This means that the revision showing Harris carrying the county was incorrect.
