Subject is notable

I have upheld the removal of the Redirect per an IP/new user, as I found at least 3 pieces on Sounwave from Rolling Stone, LA Times and GQ (and put them in the lede). He does meet SIGCOV, however, the rest of the article needs a clean up. There is poor sourcing, poor language, and some promotional language still there.
