T. K. Chathunni was an Indian football coach and a former player from Chalakudy, Kerala.[1] He died on June 11th, 2024, at a hospital in Kochi, succumbing to cancer.[2][3]
Coaching career
He has managed most of football clubs in India like FC Kochin,[4] Dempo S.C., Salgaocar F.C., Mohun Bagan A.C., Churchill Brothers S.C.,[5] Chirag United Club Kerala,[6] Josco FC etc.[7][8] He was the coach for various clubs in the National Football League (India) from 1997–98.[9][10][11][12][13] He represented both Kerala and Goa in the Santosh Trophy.[14]
