Mark Ginzburg (Russian: Марк Зиновьевич Гинзбург, Ukrainian: Марк Зіновійович Гінзбург; born 28 September 1956) is an American and Ukrainian businessman and public figure, the vice-president of the FC Dynamo Kyiv for innovation. President of the Ukrainian Federation of Robotics.[1]

In 2007, after negotiations with Donald Trump, he tried to build a skyscraper on European Square designed by architect Norman Foster, but this was prevented by the global financial crisis.[2]

In July 2017 he took part in the innovation summit organized by Richard Branson on Necker Island.[3] On September 25 of the same year, he organized and carried out the sale of real estate for cryptocurrency using a smart contract and blockchain technology; the buyer of the apartment was the founder of the technology media company TechCrunch, Michael Arrington.[4][5][6] The agreement was concluded through the mediation of the international platform Propy, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Agency for Electronic Government of Ukraine [uk].[7] On May 18, 2018, he took part as a speaker at the annual TEDx conference held in Ulaanbaatar with the topic of the report “Eradicating corruption in the highest echelons of government using blockchain technology.”[8] In 2021, he organized and conducted NFT sales of tickets for football matches.[9][10]
