Tom Glocer (born October 8, 1959) is an American business executive and the former CEO of Thomson Reuters and Reuters.

He is a co-founder and executive chairman of BlueVoyant and Capitolis, cyber defense and fintech start-ups, respectively.[1][2] He is also a partner in Communitas Capital, an early stage venture fund focusing on investments in financial technology and marketplaces, and the Chairman of ISTARI, a new type of cyber risk management company.
