Alejandro Arce (died before 1 April 2003)[1] was a Paraguayan footballer. He was part of Paraguay's squad that won the 1953 South American Championship.

International career

[edit]

Arce was selected in Paraguay's squad for the 1953 South American Championship.[2][3] He only played one game in the tournament, against Peru on 8 March,[4] as Paraguay won the competition, its first Copa America.[5][6][7] It was his first cap with Paraguay.[8]

Arce was also included in Paraguay's squad for the 1955 South American Championship.[9] He played all five games in the tournament,[9] and the game against Chile on 20 March was his sixth and last cap for Paraguay.[10]
