The Delaware is more unique in being wholly owned ONLY within the 12 Mile Arc. NH owns the Connecticut R between them and VT for example. undo Tag: Visual edit

The 1970 Border Treaty cited (http://extwprlegs1.fao.org/docs/pdf/bi-51757.pdf) defines where the Rio Grande River was to be redug to undo a change when the river was diverted in 1907. The deepest channel of the river remains the border, even though it has (as the 1970 treaty notes that it will) moved in the years since its channel was redug. undo Tags: references removed Visual edit
