There was an other article with a similar name, Regenerative (design), which was almost word by word the same as this article. Regenerative Design → Regenerative design –

Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. The article was littered with wrong capitalisations.
