I just got a pretty scary message

"Please add an explanation of notability and some independent references for this article, otherwise it will be deleted.Deb (talk) 08:32, 18 April 2013 (UTC)"

so I added an edit about notability; and some references.

I tried to add indications about notability without going into the extreme of hagiography. The significance of Michel Ferlus's discoveries will become more self-evident as the contents of this page get expanded.
