Capitalization of section headings

Hello, one or more IP editors, have been repeatedly changing section headings in this article to title case. In Wikipedia section headings are capitalized in sentence case. This is explained in the Manual of Style at WP:SECTIONCAPS. If you think this article should have a different format from other articles, please explain why.
