==Scope and Goals==
The current focus of the Ethics task force is to create a representative presence of philosophy of ethics on Wikipedia. Many splinter articles on this subject are poorly written and factually inaccurate, and misrepresent some of the most important works in the history of philosophy. Since works in moral philosophy are some of the most dense and difficult to understand, but also perhaps the most important to human society, a coordinated effort to expand and improve Wikipedia's articles on this subject is needed. 

Since we are a derivative of WikiProject Philosophy, our goals are very similar and are as follows:

# To serve as a '''nexus and discussion area''' for contributors with knowledge in philosophy of ethics.
# To '''identify''' those areas of ethics which lack sufficient coverage on Wikipedia
# To '''improve''' those articles which need help.
# To '''create a general map''' of the ethics articles and subjects on Wikipedia and link the articles together accordingly.
