Das Gebäude im Neorenaissance-Stil wurde 1907-1909 nach einem Entwurf von Ludwig Hoffmann errichtet. Es ist heute Sitz der privaten BEST-Sabel-Fachhochschule Berlin. Das Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal gelistet.
English: The former administration building of Berliner Gaswerke AG (GASAG), founded as municipal gas supplier, at Littenstraße 109, corner of Rolandufer (on the left) in Berlin-Mitte. The Neo-Renaissance building was erected 1907-1909 by architect Ludwig Hoffmann. It is now seat of the private Fachhochschule (or University of Applied Sciences) BEST-Sabel Berlin. The building has been designated as a historic landmark.
