Ken Pennie

Lieutenant-General Kenneth R. Pennie, CMM, CD, Ph.D is a retired Canadian Air Force general. He was the Deputy Commander of NORAD from 2001 to 2003 and the Chief of the Air Staff from 2003 to 2005. Pennie was the Deputy Commander of NORAD during the September 11 attacks.[1]
