Independiente Rivadavia have played in the Argentine Primera, in 1968, 1973, 1977, 1979-1980 and 1982 when thet reached the quarter-Finals of the National Championship. That year when was eliminated in playoffs by the team that later would reach the Cahmpionship, Ferrocarril Oeste.
