- Ivo "The Godfather" Karamanski -the bosses of VIS and SIC were under his command, but after they became more powerfull they turned against him.

Bulgarian Mafia's activities include drug smuggling, cigarette smuggling, human trafficking, prostitution, extortion,arms trade.It has connections with Russian Mafia,Serbian Mafia and with Italian Cosa Nostra.
