Mir@bel

Hi Headbomb, I wonder whether Mir@bel should be in the relevant journals' Abstracting and Indexing section. What do you think? Nobody (talk) 08:15, 14 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Still waiting for a reply, Headbomb. Nobody (talk) 07:26, 21 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
@1AmNobody24: the main question is Mir@bel a comprehensive or selective indexing service. If it aims to catalog everything in a field, then it's not selective and unlikely to need to be mentioned. Same if it's just mining other databases to create a super database. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 22:06, 25 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
From what I've found online it's focused on humanities and social sciences journals, is that enough to consider it selective? Nobody (talk) 06:51, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

That Delete the PMC URL bug was big oops. The code now checks for that (and logs it). Putting on my LtCol hat, I would be very annoyed if one of the people under me did what I did. AManWithNoPlan (talk) 17:06, 2 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Good thing on Wikipedia, nobody knows you're a dog. You could wear a Private's beret, though personally, I've always been partial to an admiral's bicorn! Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 18:01, 2 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
