Madi Phala (born July 1955 in , Kwa-Thema, Springs, South Africa) was a South African artist.Died tragically 2nd March 2007. His most recent works were done, predominately painting,and collage and dealt with the theme of the african herd boy.
Phala's work is represented in several art private and corporate collections namely French Embassy; De Beers, London as well as Minister Pallo Jordan and art historian Barbara Lindop.
