Akiha is very protective of her brother, she is intent on knowing what he does with his day, and is extremely suspicious of what he does at night.
Like all of the Tohno family, Akiha has an abnormal condition in which her body uses more heat than usual. As such, she must absorb heat off of others (as seen when she sucks Kohaku's blood). When she becomes excited her hair also returns to a vibrant, red color (her hair's true shade). She also has an ability that allows her to burn anyone with extreme heat. This is shown in her scenario in the game.
