June 2010. At the Flemish side, NV-A became the biggest party and at the Walloon side, this was PS. The negociations took extremely long. King Albert II appointed as the head of state [[Bart_De_Wever\|Bart De Wever]] (N-VA), [[André Flahaut]] (PS), [[Danny Pieters]] (N-VA), [[Johan_Vande_Lanotte\|Johan Vande Lanotte]] (sp.a), [[Didier Reynders]] (MR) and [[Wouter_Beke\|Wouter Beke]] to intermediate. NV-A didn't agree with the proposals of the prime minister and Di Rupo negociated, by concequence, from then on without the Flemish-nationalistic party.
