Criminal prosecutions: Deleted "Justice Department Special Counsel Jack Smith is appealing the dismissal" (classified docs case) and "a yet-to-be-scheduled trial" (election obstruction case). Jack Smith recently said he'll wind down these prosecutions before Trump takes office. There's no way for these trials to happen anymore.
