Undid revision 1234948906 by Romanov loyalist (talk) This seems to be violate WP:NPOV inserting only ″positive content″ and giving undue weight to ″defeating″ the 2023 counteroffensive. Per WP:DUE, this is not remotely balanced.

Undid revision 1235543146 by TylerBurden (talk) On the contrary, I am establishing NPOV - all negative content is all there was previously, and it's over-exaggerated. The undue weight is on the first year on the war (all sources are from 2022). In 2023, the big event that was hyped was the Ukraine offensive, and it was defeated. Recovering from the losses mentioned earlier is also significant.

Areas of particular concern identified by a researcher at the [[Norwegian Defence Research Establishment]] in 2007 included the State Defence Order (perhaps 10-15% realised in 2004); "[[ghost soldiers]]," as "it is generally acknowledged that the number of actually serving personnel differs substantially from the authorized number of personnel," and officers at various levels can pocket excess money for themselves; and "the domestic purchases of goods and services, where corrupt officers overpay civilian providers in return for bribes."
