It's mentioned on various websites that offer downloads of the software, but nothing close to in-depth coverage by a [[WP:RS]]. The article doesn't do itself any favors: it makes a lot of claims, but nothing is cited to a reliable source. The only citation is to an interview, which doesn't seem to mention RISE.
