Per discussion on WP:AC/CN, you should go ahead and close [[Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/India-Pakistan]] at the appropriate time after it has 4 net votes to close (it's at 3/0 right now). It would probably be best if you could do it at a time when Thatcher131 or Cowman109 or I is online so we can implement the bans at the same time.
