m I tried to create a "Legal institutionalism" page about a year ago, and the attempt was rejected. The reviewer wrote, in part: "It's not clear to me that this is a coherent concept that really differs from Institutionalist political economy and Institutional economics." So it seems like the reference to "Legal institutionalism" should be removed from this list. |
