The mural, created by Na’ye Perez and titled "From the Source," was painted on the north façade of 500 Main St. in downtown New Rochelle and is now complete as of Monday, July 22. Rockland County Launches Free TOR Ferry Weekend Connection Bus Weekend travelers will now have the opportunity to take a TOR ferry connection bus beginning this weekend to explore different parts of the Hudson Valley and New York City, free of charge. Rockland County Executive Ed Day and the Department of Public Transportation said that the service will begin on Saturday, July 6, and run through Nov. 10.
