    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Great small back pack!

    I love the size of this back pack…. I’ve been using the light colored one…holds everything I want to carry around including a small iPad. The reason I just got the black one it’s a better color for winter. The leather is pebbled so it doesn’t scratch. Easy to get on and off. Highly recommend!

    My Cuyana order shipped quickly and came beautifully packaged. This is my third or fourth order and the quality never disappoints! I've been on the hunt for the perfect small backpack that fits all of my essentials. I love how easy the snaps are on the sides. The cappuccino color is gorgeous! I just wish there had been a short video or close-up of the interior to see what fits.

    Love the look and the leather. Not a fan on my last two purchases, hardware. The buttons rattle during movement. Also, wish the opening on the backpack was more secured. Still love the brand…the simplicity, the leather, and the lack of logos/branding is why I keep coming back. Thanks!
