    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Im excited about using this bag for an upcoming trip.

    I was going to buy the Quince weekender and saw the comparison to Cuyana and decided to check it out. I went with this one because i liked the overall shape better and it compared one to one on features.

    I do think the bag needs a metal foot in the middle to keep that part protected from abrasion.

    Amazing quality and customer service

    Love this bag so much! Have used it for about 1.5 years and it’s held up amazingly well despite using it daily for work (as a carry-everything bag that I know can and will fit anything and everything I need to carry that day).
    The shoulder strap actually broke at one point and Cuyana actually replaced the entire bag free of cost. Amazing quality and customer service.

    Gorgeous and functional, and the trolley sleeve really works!

    I just returned from a long trip to Japan (lots of bumpy streets and long walks through train stations with bumpy tiles) and this bag worked so well! I also received multiple compliments on the bag too. And when I did need to squish it under my plane seat it fit.

    I have tried 3 other bags with built in-trolley sleeves - if they are not rigid enough then they simply slide/spin/crumple once they are on your suitcase handle (if you know you know).
    I am so happy to report that this bag did not have this issue! It stayed on my suitcase handle through every walk.
    *I will mention that I did add a base shaper which probably helped the issue, but with that it is perfect :)

    Exceeds expectations

    Totally awesome travel bag!!

    Love love this travel bag. What’s really neat about it is that it has a sleeve where you can attach it to your suitcase roller and it stays on. It matches my suit case and goes well with everything I wear and travel with. It is very roomy and has an organization for ALL my travel items. It fits nicely under the seat in front of you so you can easily access everything. This is my go to travel bag and has done very well on trips to France, Cancun, Sand Diego and Hawaii.

    This is the perfect size

    This is the perfect size for a long weekend trip-fits right under the seat! The leather is so soft but still has some body so the bag doesn’t fall over when not full. Also, can we talk about that soft tan color…fire!
