    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Perfect work bag

    This bag is understated and beautiful. I was looking for a bag that fully zipped closed. It holds my 16” laptop and my other work essentials. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.

    Love the bag; matching wide strap out of stock

    I love the bag. I ordered the Deep Ocean color, and it's gorgeous. Unfortunately, the matching wide adjustable strap was and still is out of stock. I contacted the company, and they indicated it's not clear when or if it will be restocked. I would love the option of using this as a crossbody bag, and I believe the wide strap would be more comfortable and sturdy. They suggested I check out the other colors of adjustable straps. But I didn't pay $300 for a bag only to pay another $100 for a mismatched strap. I do love the bag and am satisfied with my purchase. I hope they get more wide adjustable straps in stock in Deep Ocean at some point.

    My niece wanted the Cuyana Womens Classic Easy Zip Tote bag for her birthday. I live in Southern Ca, and my niece lives just North of SF. I contacted your on Geary St and spoke to Rennie. I asked if she had the tote bag in black. Rennie indicated that she had it at the store. I told Rennie that I would like to purchase the bag and have it mail Santa Rosa. Rennie was so nice. I indicated that my niece travels frequently and she suggested a wider strap and removable divider etc. My niece shorty received the bag and LOVES it.
