How do I renew my subscription?

Log in to your Cosmos digital account here. Click ‘Subscriptions’ in the left hand menu. Here, you can renew your subscription or resubscribe if your current subscription has already expired. You can also disable/enable automatic renewals by clicking the autorenew toggle, and change your payment.

If you have multiple subscriptions or a subscription that we are no longer offering you may need to contact us via phone 1300 719623 or email [email protected] and our team will assist you.

How often is the magazine printed?

Cosmos is a quarterly print magazine. Four issues will be available each year.

Do I need a subscription to view content online?

No, we offer a range of free content on our website. You can also buy single issues of our magazine. However, to read exclusive magazine content and gain access to all our back issues you will need to subscribe.

I already have a subscription, why can't I see magazine content?

Please ensure that you are logged into your account via clicking the circular account button at the top left of the screen. When you are logged in you will see a blue dot above the account icon and you will be able to access all articles in the magazine category. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact us.

I'm a print magazine subscriber, do I have digital access?

Yes, print subscribers get assess to all online content and the entire back catalogue of magazines. You just need to login to your account online using the email address you used when you set up your subscription.

You will find all the digital back issues of the magazine under ‘Downloads’ in your account.

Where can I find my subscriber ID?

We have recently updated our website and subscription system which means your subscriber ID will change. You can find your new subscription ID in the subscription tab in your account. You can also contact us and our subscriptions team will be able to help.

Why am I getting blocked from reading magazine articles on the website?

If you have a Cosmos subscription, please ensure you are logged into your account to read magazine content online. Log in here to access your account. Please contact us if you require assistance.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept payment via credit and debit card online. If you would like to discuss any other method of payment (BPAY, Direct Deposit or cheque), please contact us.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption to meet all PCI-DSS requirements. For further information please view our privacy policy.

Why are my payment details visible in my account?

We want you to have full control of your account details. The credit card details within your online account offer only a partial view of your credit card numbers to keep your information safe.

Do you use autorenewal by default?

Yes, to ensure an uninterrupted service, our subscriptions are set to auto renewal by default, but you can disable autorenewal at any time within your account. To do this, login to your account, click ‘Subcriptions’, and switch the autorenew toggle on or off.

How do I update my details?

You can update your shipping and billing address, payment details and reset your password via your online account. You can also renew your subscription, and view your orders. You can also contact us and our subscription team will be happy to assist.
