Narcisse-Fortunat Belleau, (né le 20 octobre 1808 à Québec, mort le 14 septembre 1894 à Québec) était un avocat, homme d'affaires et homme politique québécois. Il fut maire de Québec, premier ministre du Canada-Uni et lieutenant-gouverneur du Québec.
