Description
English: Meikle Mee Navigation Buoy, Inverness Firth The Meikle Mee is a Lateral Navigation Buoy marking the channel into and out of Inverness. The Kessock Bridge can be seen in the background. Ships have to pass under the bridge to get to Inverness. Navigators will find the buoy at 57deg 30.268min North, 004deg 12.016min West, on their charts or GPS. Note the strong tide running shortly after High Water.
