Deutsch: Laut nebenstehender Infotafel: Die geheimnisvollen Zeichen auf einigen Felsblöcken stammen von mittel- alterlichen Bergleuten, die Fundorte von Erzen an Felsen markierten. Später haben oftmals Hirten diese Zeichen verändert. So könnte aus dem Bergmannszeichen für Quecksilber der Ochsenkopf mit heraushängender Zunge geworden sein. Hirten oder Steinhauer haben vermutlich auch den "kleinen Ochsenkopf" gezeichnet und ihre Initialen mitverewigt. V.N. und V.F. könnten "von Neubau" und "von Fichtelberg" bedeuten. |
