Description
Español: Para crear Bolitas de arroz, es necesario:

1/4 de arroz queso cortado en cuadraditos tomate queso triturado( se le hecha a las pizzas por encima) pimienta sal 3 huevos pan rallado varios vasos de agua.

1º Paso : Coger una cacerola grande hecha 1/4 de arroz, con agua,dos o tres vasos de agua y esperar a que el arroz coja volumen.

2º Paso: Dejar a fuego lento hasta que el agua casi desaparezca. Añadir la sal y la pimienta.

3º Paso: una vez que el agua se haya evaporado,hay que insertar el queso triturado,(en gran cantidad)dentro de la cacerola y mezclar con el arroz.,

4º Paso: Mover lentamente hasta que se haga una gran pasta de arroz. Añadir el tomate frito de caja/lata.

5º Paso: Una vez realizada la pasta , deje que esta se enfríe lentamente.

6º Paso :Una vez fría la pasta, cogemos la masa y la moldeamos, realizando así una Bolita. Realizada la bola , colocamos en su interior los quesitos cuadraditos, uno por cada Bolita.


7º Paso :la pasamos por el huevo y después por el pan rallado.

6º meter en la freidora y......¡ voila! ,Bolitas de queso.

Están muy ricas y deliciosas y tienen la mejor pinta,puedes codificarlas a tu manera y de la mejor forma.

¡cuidado son adictivas.!
