- Speedy delete Clear copyvio: this is a non-free book cover, the jpg smoothing doesn't change that. Neither does it matter that the cover is "simple", that's not up to us to decide. --Crusio (talk) 12:19, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
Keep (I am the uploader) I regard it as too simple for copyright eligibility (similar to the blue vodka bottle). However, I like to mention the short sentence in Commons:Image_casebook#Book_covers. Oh, and by the way, of course the reworking done (smoothing) does not change the copyright status. But I never said/wrote it does.
