Might be a copyvio. Work was uploaded in 2010, author says own work. However, Jason Scott (of the Internet Archive) has a page of construction GIFs that were harvested from GeoCities pages (during Archive Team's preservation attempt) dating back to the 1990s. http://www.textfiles.com/underconstruction/ GeoCities was shut down by Yahoo in 2009, a full year before this was uploaded. There are serveral MD5 (a file hashing algorithm) unique variations of this file (with more/less frames to decrease bandwidth for users on slow 1990s modems).
