This file was initially tagged by Savh as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Despite warnings, continues to upload unfree content.. No reason was given nor link provided to show this is a copyright violation. To use speedy requires more than nothing. Ellin Beltz (talk) 00:30, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Ellin Beltz: I provided a reason, all other uploads (16) were copyvios. So is this one, Getty Images/Jason Merritt. Savhñ 00:34, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Comment "Other stuff exists" is no reason to tag this as a copyright violation with no evidence. You wrote "This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: Despite warnings, continues to upload unfree content." There's nothing there that an adminstrator can use to understand the point of the deletion nomination. thank you now for providing a link. However, the image at the link is not the exact same image as is here on Commons. It appears to be from the same event, and probably same series, but it is not the same. As a "red carpet shoot" there were likely more than one photographer present. Ellin Beltz (talk) 00:59, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No idea what you're referring at with ""Other stuff exists"". It is indeed not the same photograph, but it is from the same set. It is not own work either, just as all other files, [1]. Savhñ 01:16, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Same set. Savhñ 01:21, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
