Dubious own work claims. These are professional photos with no metadata, uploaded by a user with a history of copyright violations.

 Delete, with the exception of Uwayezu Protais. It is highly unlikely that a single Commons user would have produced high-quality corporate-style headshots of executives across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and the United Kingdom and given the history of copyvios I doubt these are valid. Uwayezu Protais is described as a Wikimedian, and the uploader has uploaded several photos from Wikimedia events in Rwanda that are likely valid as own work (example), so I have less reason to doubt the validity of the license.
