This about a similar Image:Mel Gibson taken July-28-2006.jpg suggests it is public domain. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 20:51, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Based on the Mel Gibson link and Image:Nicole richie mugshot.jpg I uploaded Image:Rdowneymug2.jpg and Image:Rdowneymug1.jpg but after seeing this a couple of days ago, where it clearly says under the first picture Copyright (c) All rights reserved. I've been thinking about putting up for discussion the whole lot of them. They should all have the same fate. Does anyone know if the Florida ones are also copyrighted?--Yamanbaiia (talk) 19:55, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
