:Bonjour, rien ne le précisait dans la source indiquée : il y était indiqué Travail personnel ce qui n'est manifestement pas le cas si cette photo a été prise en 1908. De plus, rien ne permet de dire que le copyright a expiré : il ne suffit pas que la photo ait été prise il y a plus de 70 ans mais que son auteur soit mort depuis plus de 70 ans ce qu'il reste à prouver. Si c'est effectivement le cas, vous pourrez la réimporter en indiquant clairement la source et en apposant la licence adéquate sans quoi on peut penser que vous vous appropriez le travail des autres ce qui n'est pas acceptable. Enfin cela n'a rien à voir avec une vengeance quelconque (!!), il se trouve simplement que d'autres contributeurs ont également versé des images de navires de la Nouvelle-France qui étaient des violations de copyright.
