English: Name: Tel Aviv - Mughrabi cinema Description: Tel Aviv עברית: שם: תל אביב- קולנוע מוגרבי תיאור: תל אביב הערות: היוזמה להקמת המבנה הייתה מצד מאיר דיזנגוף והאדריכל יוסף ברלין אשר פנו אל יעקב מוגרבי, סוחר יהודי עשיר שעלה לארץ ישראל מדמשק בשנת 1925, כדי להשיג כספים להקמת בית אופרה בתל אביב בסוף שנות ה-20. את המבנה תכנן ברלין בשנת 1928 והוא נחנך ב-13 בפברואר 1930. הגג של אולם הקולנוע נפתח בקיץ. הוא תוכנן על ידי המהנדס מקס זרניצקי.. הבניין נהרס ב 1986 לאחר שריפה.
