Yes, it's proper feathers already starting to come through, and none of them (birds from previous clutches and adults) were bothered about people as it's a fairly well visited beach. The chick had been up and running around with its parent when a couple of crows flew over and I got a few shots while it sat down to avoid being seen. Benjamint 12:07, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
