This is also a fun, refreshing summer blended drink. Just mix frozen or fresh strawberries, Clear citrus soda, (like Ginger ale, Sprite or 7up), Lemon or lime juice, Ice, (and some Powdered sugar if you want). You will have a delightful strawberry drink, with just a hint of lime!

You do need a baked crust or even a graham cracker crust. And don't forget the garnishes; bananas, grated white chocolate or brown chocolate, coconut, a drizzle of caramel, or whatever you like. You can make one very large pie. But I like to make 2 pies and share with someone, or if you have guests coming, then 2 pies are perfect.

If you have one flavor of Chex Cereal that you do not care for, no problem, change it out for a different one. Just mix together Rice Chex Cereal, Corn Chex Cereal, Wheat Chex Cereal, Cheerios, Pretzels, M & M candies, White chocolate, and some Coconut oil. Then you can add Nuts, Sprinkles or any candies that you like White Chocolate Chex Mix is good any time of year - just change out the M & M's to match the occasion. Or use regular M & M's for a good any time snack. This snack works up very fast and is very easy to make so that is an added bonus! It also makes a lot, so it makes a great snack for a Holiday get together or neighbor gifts.
