Corporate Business_Reseller_Senior Partner Manager

Position Description:

- Develop partnership strategy to drive qualified resellers engagement and build up strong relationship

- Lead through partner marketing. Collaborate with partners to enhance overall users’ activation and revenue growth. 

- Vertical knowledge from focused categories, Retail, Brand and Chain stores,SMB and so on. 

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, finance and review team to achieve goal

- Create processes to measure and monitor all partners’ performance metrics and dig out solutions to improve

- Operate training, incentive program and any matters partnership to benefit both of the sides

- Educate resellers with suitable training tools such as lecture or other digital channels 

- Keep sourcing advanced insights to help resellers upscale their efficiency and scalability.

Basic Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

- 6~8 years of experience in digital ads or business partner management 

- Experience in media sales positions and other  business management is a plus.

- Passion for social, O2O, and other innovative internet trends via industry knowledge

- Familiar with LINE, and value to both partner and end customer.

- Understand business operation, experiences and knowledge about retail, point of sales and CRM is a plus.

- Understand media agency business model especially focused on social media products

- Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain key partners’ relationship

- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills at all levels

- Experience in social marketing management is a plus 

- Language proficiency: English (Fluent) / Mandarin (Native)
