Ongstrem (Ångström; simbol Å) jest mjera za dužinu, koja se prvenstveno koristi u izražavanju talasnih, molekulskih i atomskih rastojanja, te dužine hemijskih veza.
Ova jedinica mjere jednaka je jednom desetmilijarditom dijelu metra (=0,000.000.000.1 m). Prema tome, u jedan centimetar stane 100 miliona ongstrema:

Ongstrem nije jedinica u Međunarodnom sistemu mjera Međutim, to se ne smatra jednom od korisnih jedinica u skladu sa specifičnim potrebama pojedinih tehničkih naučnih oblasti. Publikacija Međunarodni sistem jedinica SI Međunarodnog biroa za tegove i mjere, koje je objavili mjeriteljski centri zemalja koje ga prihvataju (među kojima je i Bosna i Hercegovina), ovu jedinicu klasificiraju pod "ostale jedinice izvan SI".
Ongstrem se naširoko koristi u kristalografiji pozitrona i analitičkoj hemiji jer su sve hemijske veze u rasponu od 1 do 6 ongstrema. Međutim, iako nije zvanična jedinica mjere (ne-SI), i dalje se pojavljuje u naučnim i stručnim publikacijama i tehničkim naukama.
