**Chickpea and Spinach Curry** Ingredients: - 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed - 2 cups fresh spinach - 1 onion, chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 inch ginger, grated - 1 can coconut milk - 2 tbsp curry powder - 1 tbsp olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Cooked rice, for serving Instructions: 1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. 2. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute. 3. Add curry powder and cook for another minute, stirring. 4. Pour in chickpeas and coconut milk, then bring to a simmer. 5. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Water 7 glasses Chicken (2 pieces) with bones Garlic, 1 whole Onion, 1 whole Tomato 1 whole Chicken cube 1 Salt n pepper Carrot 1 Corns boiled, 1 cup Mushrooms, half cup Cabbage, 1 cup Soya sauce Chilli sauce Lemon juice Corn flour 4 tbs (mixed with 6 tbs of water) Eggs 2 Green onions Boil the chicken, onion, tomato in water with salt pepper and chicken cube for 15-20 minutes. Remove everything from the pot and leave the stock. Shred the chicken. Add carrots and corns to the stock, cook for 4 minutes then add mushrooms, shredded chicken and cabbage. Cook for 1 min. Now add the sauces to taste, add the corn flour mixture. Get your desired consistency. Then add the egg Do not mix it directly. Wait for 5-8 seconds and then mix.
